Independent professional installation

Built around the property.
Backed by a clear process.

Get Internet handles the ground side of Starlink installation.

Get Internet provides independent professional installation and field-service support for customer-purchased Starlink equipment, beginning with technician-based coverage across Central Ontario.

What we do

Turn a box of equipment into a property-ready installation.

Starlink supplies the satellite internet equipment and service. Get Internet independently plans and performs the physical installation work that connects the dish location, cable route, building entry and indoor network environment.

01

Property qualification

We separate Starlink network availability from our own technician coverage. The exact service address is checked against active technician zones and qualifying appointment capacity.

02

Installation planning

The technician considers obstruction conditions, safe mounting, cable entry, weather sealing and router placement before permanent work is completed.

03

Field service and support

Existing systems can be assessed for mounting, cabling, obstruction, router and Wi-Fi concerns through a separate professional service-call path.

Our operating model

Coverage follows qualified technicians—not a marketing-only map.

Get Internet’s installation territory is built around active technician home bases, service radiuses, job skills and weekly availability. An address can only move into the normal booking path when a qualifying technician and appointment capacity are available for that location.

This model supports careful expansion. New communities can be opened as trained technicians are activated without pretending every Ontario address is already bookable.

Customer clarity

Hardware, service and installation are separate.

The customer purchases and owns the compatible Starlink equipment and maintains the Starlink account and internet service. Get Internet charges separately for approved installation, service-call, accessories or enhanced field work.

Retailer returns, equipment warranties and Starlink subscription performance remain subject to the relevant seller, manufacturer and provider terms.

How a job moves

A controlled path from address to completed work.

The customer portal, technician portal and office tools are designed to preserve a clear record of qualification, accepted scope, payment, booking and completion.

A

Address and property review

The customer submits the exact location. Get Internet confirms current service eligibility and can request safe obstruction information or property photographs where useful.

B

Scope, terms and payment

Qualified customers receive the secure Client Portal, identify the Starlink kit, review the Installation Policy, accept the applicable agreement and pay the required Get Internet charge before booking.

C

Technician-based appointment

The booking engine offers qualifying dates and arrival windows based on technician territory, skills, route capacity and the estimated duration of the selected work.

D

Completion and documentation

The technician records the completed work, applicable products or services and a protected installation photograph where required. The customer’s account and the technician’s completed-work record remain distinct.

Professional standards

Safe work and a clean customer experience.

Working-at-heights compliance for technicians where applicable
Contractor WSIB and commercial-liability requirements before activation
Property-specific mounting and cable-route decisions
Clear approval before additional chargeable work proceeds
Protected customer, technician and installation records
Workmanship support

30-day installation workmanship warranty.

Get Internet’s workmanship warranty covers correction of issues caused by Get Internet installation workmanship during the applicable period. It does not replace equipment, retailer or Starlink service warranties and does not cover unrelated failures, customer alterations, new vegetation or conditions outside the installation work.
