Document the work
Use the Technician Portal to review jobs, update status, capture required installation photos and maintain accurate work records.
Required before activation
Built for established, safety-minded operators.
Applicants may apply while arranging some items, but every mandatory requirement must be current and approved before paid assignments begin.

$2 million commercial liability insuranceCurrent liability coverage is required. Additional-insured details are provided during private contractor onboarding.

At least eight appointment windows per weekThis is the minimum availability required before Get Internet advertises and markets an accepted installer’s area.

Onboarding
Approved applicants complete the written agreement, compliance verification and any required product-specific orientation.

Completed-work pay
Approved work is paid using the contractor rates assigned to each completed job, service or eligible work item, plus applicable GST/HST where authorized.
Compensation structure
Know what each completed job is worth.
Accepted subcontractors receive access to a Completed Work & Pay view showing the work credited to each completed appointment, the applicable contractor rate, tax where enabled and payment status. Customer selling prices are not shown in the technician pay view.

Is this an employee position?
No. This page is for independent subcontractor opportunities. Any accepted applicant must complete a separate written subcontractor agreement before assignments begin.
Do I need every document before submitting the application?
You may apply while arranging or renewing documents. Current Working at Heights, WSIB and the required commercial liability insurance must be verified before contractor activation and paid assignments.
Is installation experience mandatory?
Relevant experience is an asset. Applicants with related trade, field-service or technical experience may be considered for product-specific training and field orientation.
Will I receive guaranteed work?
No. Assignments depend on customer demand, service area, skills, compliance, availability and operational requirements. Acceptance does not guarantee a minimum number of jobs, hours or income.
Why do you ask for eight weekly appointment windows?
Get Internet only actively markets a technician’s service territory when the accepted technician can provide at least eight qualifying appointment windows in the applicable week.
